Our team is comprised of specialists in various engineering, operational, technical and business fields. They have experience in plant design review, plant safety, commissioning, operations, process control, production, engineering maintenance, process optimization, debottlenecking, ramp-ups, identifying & implementing improvement projects and product quality management. 

Our Principal Consultant has over 18 years experience gained on brownfield and greenfield mineral processing projects & operations. Experienced was gained with reputable junior and major mining houses as well as outsourced mineral processing operations.  He has commissioned over 5 projects and has extensive international experience. Over the 18 years of working experience, our Principal Consultant has assumed various technical and managerial roles. He holds tertiary qualifications in business management as well as Metallurgical Engineering. 

Our Principal HSEQ Consultant has over 15 years' experience gained in mining, manufacturing, construction, engineering and consultancy. Roles assumed include HSE Officer, Research Scientist, HSEQ Manager, Management Consultant, Operations Advisory and Managing Director. Our Principal HSE Consultant has tertiary qualifications in HSE Management, Project Management, Environmental Science & Health and SHATCOR I&II. Other certifications held include ISO 45001:2018 as a Lead Auditor. Our Principal HSEQ Consultant is actively involved in various voluntary community and social activities.
